Welcome to our first Blog post. My daughter Sarah and I started Bijoux Investment Group back in September 2019 and now felt it was time to take our website to the next level. We have been purchasing detached houses which require cosmetic work in Canada’s secondary real estate markets, fixing them up to look nice and reselling them. This process has generally taken 4-6 months from completion date on our purchase to selling the renovated home.
Once our family, friends and acquaintances heard about our success, they wanted a piece of our action. It has been a very exciting 18 months for Sarah and I, even during these crazy pandemic times taking on Joint Venture partners. We are currently searching for homes in Saskatchewan (Saskatoon & Regina) where we have built a fine relationship with a Realtor, Contractor and other team members, putting our Joint Venture partners’ money to work.
It is now time to take our marketing to the next level, so we have now hired a Google certified marketing consultant and trainer, Katrina Steeves to search out more interested Joint Venture partners. Let’s see where we go from here.
